treatment for inflammed calves?

went to the gym the day before yesterday, worked out a little bit before I started to do my weight training. I decided to use the weight machine for the raised calf exercise. I put 100 lbs on and did about 90 rep all together(30 a set) After I got done, felt fine. Yesterday I woke up a little sore but nothing that I thought was out of the unusual. Today I woke up and could barely walk, nor can I barely stand flat on my feet. My calves seems to be swollen, and are very tight and tender. Does anyone know about how long it will take for me to recover and if so,which is the best way for me to recover? It feels as if it is the day after a night of having multiple charlie horses. Since it is both legs should I consider possibly getting a wheelchair to get around because of the fact that I can hardly walk and I do not want to irritate the muscle anymore than they already are? Also, would it be good for me to try doing some stretches myself on my legs or would this not be good?

Ibuprophen and ICE they will feel better tomorrow usually day 2 after a work out is the worst. if they are that swollen you should elevate them but I would not recommend not using them it helps to keep the blood flowing by walking
