at home exercise routines

Any suggestions on exercise routines at home?
My husband and I had a gym membership last year, and it's one of the best things we've done to help us get into shape and stay in shape. However, this year some stuff came up, and we can't afford to renew our membership. Working out from home takes a lot of discipline and dedication. Do you have any exercise routines that have helped you? What are they and what do you do to keep yourself motivated?
Same thing happened to me. I had a membership last year and now I cannot afford it.
So what I did was I got a set of weights and a tread mil.
Firstly I jog on the tread mil for 5 minutes.
Then, stretch leg musles, chest, arms muscles.
Back on the tread mil, jog for 20 minutes.
Then I would start doing 3 sets of weights for desired body part each ten reps.
All together, It takes about an hour and half.
