How many calories would you say that I just burned?
Then I did 4 sets of 12 repetitions of the following exercises (I then 48 repetitions of each ...) All these exercises are a great exercise ball leg hip extension pelvic tilt raises oblique abdominal / oblique loops bending the trunk bending legs heel thigh raises outer thigh leg lifts inner thigh leg lifts push ups 5'2 i do not know if this is important, but im '18 years old woman around 150 pounds .., an estimate will be amazing, I know you can not say exactly, but any thoughts would be wonderful! * Thank you in advance! *
