I am not great and im 5'6 "and weighs 141 pounds weight. What the doctor said is a perfect weight for me. ... But Im not comfortable with my hips, buttocks, or stomach. I would like to lose some weight maybe 10 pounds and tone my muscles. I have a gym membership, but I have no idea that machines do what! So it really does not do much well. I usually just walk or run on the treadmill and bike and sometimes I do sit ups. What are the machines that I could use more or exercise, I could do? If you name a machine please try to describe what it looks like, because I'll probably names! Thank you very much ha ha!
