Well im desperate because I workout very proper exercise can watch YouTube videos online for example. But iw ant to be as long as 10 minutes. Half houred the Houred even 1 would be the best. I want to ABS, legs, buttocks, arms, etc.. If they can be all girly better still, as you know very girly pink and it makes me a little more motivated lens they look good. Furthermore, as were once his whole class to do it is more motivating. Please tell me the good and although I places can get it for free online. Full length things as well. Honestly, I do not think you'll be able to find full length videos training online. I hate spending money on training videos because it is difficult to see. However, I finally found a site where you can watch clips from the DVD before purchasing. It's called video collage (collagevideo.com). I love workouts stage (you can buy a Stepper from Walmart) and Tae Bo. I hope that helps.
