What would be a good way of losing weight, so my time is spent ...?
I am a single parent with a disabled child who has multiple sessions therapy per week, one of our local children hospital. I find it very difficult to cram any type of exercise or diet healthy food, because I'm still traveling to and from my child's therapy and my work. I became 30 pounds overweight and he took me indefatigable. I need of my energy and health back. I take a multivitamin and omega 3 per day, but find that I eat fast food like salads, soda, lemonade or of light water with no time to exercise lately, especially since he has been lately snow this winter where I am. I would appreciate sincere suggestions. I work in an office desk (CNC).
If you do not have to be in the room when your child treatment, why not walk around the hospital? When you're at work, take a stroll during your lunch break or during your stay if it is possible to walk into your building. If you find it difficult to avoid fast food, then watch the news on the nutritional fast food major websites so you can make better choices.
