ways to exercise without equipment

ways to exercise without equipment
What a great way to establish good pecs without using any type of weight or exercise equipment?

The only way I can think of is push ups

Put your hands in front of you (not interlace your fingers), keep your back straight, elbows, even with your shoulders. It should be a kind of diamond. Then contract your chest muscles to move your shoulders slightly inward toward each other while pushing your hands and hold for a number of one or two and release. Do 10 contractions per 10 sets. It's an old trick girls use, have you ever heard the phrase "I must, I must, I must increase my bust .." However, how it increases your bust is by expanding your chest. You can do standing or sitting. You can start with the representatives more or less, or defined according to the current strength of your chest.

The 2006-2011 World Outlook for Gymnasium and Exercise Equipment

$795

The latent demand for gymnasium and exercise equipment is not actual or historic sales. Nor is latent demand future sales. In fact, latent demand can be lower either lower or higher than actual sales if a market is inefficient (i.e., not representative of relatively competitive levels). Inefficiencies arise from a number of factors, including the lack of international openness, cultural barriers to consumption, regulations, and cartel-like behavior on the part of firms. In general, however, latent demand is typically larger than actual sales in a country market.

Twenty-Six Ways of Looking at a Blackberry

Twenty-Six Ways of Looking at a Blackberry

$12.99

Business writing can be particularly difficult to get right and far too many people resort to deathly-dull jargon and nonsense buzz words to try to get their point across. In Twenty-six ways of looking at a blackberry, John Simmons proposes that in order to create business communication that is truly engaging, writing needs to be more expressive and adventurous for young, aspiring brands as well as big, corporate brands. The book explores ways that everyone involved with communicating a brand’s values — marketers, advertisers, PR people and so on — can focus on the potential of language to reach their goals. To illustrate this, the author has taken a piece of generic business writing – the 'base text' – and rewritten it in 26 different ways, each following a constraint. For example, as a fairy story; without using the letter 'e'; written in the style of Dickens; as a letter to a friend; as a six word story; as a sonnet. In each case, Simmons looks at what effect that particular constraint has on the writing, how it helps or hinders, and what lessons can be drawn from the exercise that can be applied to business writing in different situations.

The Exercise Balance

The Exercise Balance

$17.95

Healthy exercise means finding a balance between overtraining and inactivity. By using a combination of clinical studies and real-life examples, this book shows readers how to develop their own personal prescription for discovering that balance. Written by two specialists in the field of eating disorders, it details both ends of the exercise continuum, from compulsive exercisers who push their bodies to the limit to people with little or no physical activity in their daily lives. The authors explain the psychological and health issues that can result from compulsive exercise — including bone loss, fractures, amenorrhea, and unhealthy eating. They also cover the problems arising from inadequate exercise and provide ways that ill people can safely implement fitness programs. The book is not a weight-loss guide; instead, it emphasizes the importance of proper exercise, offering readers of all sizes, ages, and health levels practical solutions for changing their routines and finding a healthy exercise balance.

Zen and the Ways

Zen and the Ways

$12.95

Expression of Zen inspiration in everyday activities such as writing or serving tea, and in knightly arts such as fencing, came to be highly regarded in Japanese tradition. In the end, some of them were practiced as spiritual training in themselves; they were then called " Ways." This book includes translations of some rare texts on Zen and the Ways. One is a sixteenth century Zen text compiled from Kamakura temple records of the previous three centuries, giving accounts of the very first Zen interviews in Japan . It gives the actual koan "test questions" which disciples had to answer. In the koan called Sermon, " for instance, among the tests are: How would you give a sermon to a one-month-old child? To someone screaming with pain in hell? To a foreign pirate who cannot speak your language? To Maitreya in the Tushita heaven? Extracts are translated from the "secret scrolls" of fencing, archery, judo, and so on. These scrolls were given in feudal days to pupils when they graduated from the academy, and some of them contain profound psychological and spiritual hints, but in deliberately cryptic form. They cannot be understood without long experience as a student of a Way, and the author draws on over forty years' experience as a student and later as a teacher of the Way called judo. The text is accompanied by exquisite line drawings and plates.
